Scene - Superhero Frame 2_edited.png

Captain Kind is a superhero for mental health! With his superpower of understanding mental health, he helps others realize that it's okay to not be okay. Captain Kind encourages us to be kind to our minds and to reach out for support when needed. He also reminds us to take time to look after our mental health and to be mindful of our thoughts and feelings. Captain Kind is here to remind us that we are all on the same journey, and we can all benefit from taking care of our mental health.
