Why Group Therapy?

Group therapy provides a supportive environment where individuals can learn from one another, develop new skills, and realize they are not alone in their experiences. 

Participants may benefit by: 

  • Developing healthier coping strategies

  • Improving communication and interpersonal skills

  • Learning emotional regulation techniques

  • Building confidence in social situations 

  • Receiving encouragement from peers with similar situations 

Our Therapy Groups

Voices, Visions, and Sensations Group
Adults 18+

Designed for adults experiencing symptoms of psychosis. This group provides education, coping strategies, and peer support in a safe, respectful environment.

Playing Group
Middle & High
School Students

Uses immersive role playing games to help teens explore real-life challenges in a safe and creative environment. Participants grow communication, teamwork, and resilence skills while building confidence and connection.

Playing Group
Adults 18+

Using immersive role playing games, adults explore personal challenges through guided storytelling. This engaging approach supports communication, problem-solving, and coping skills in a supportive environment.

Supports adults living with chronic mental health conditions by providing education, discussion, and practical coping strategies.

Skills-based group focusing on practical skills to manage emotions, cope with stress, improve relationships, and handle everyday challenges.

New participants can join throughout the year once enrollment is complete. 

Every therapy group is offered both in person and virtually. Please request telehealth during the referral process so appointments can be scheduled appropriately. 

All groups are led by an experienced professional in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment.
