Healing through Connection
Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy is a form of mental health treatment where individuals work with horses on the ground, rather than riding, to address emotional and behavioral challenges.
Guided by a therapist, participants build trust, improve communication, and gain self-awareness in a safe, non-judgemental environment.

Most sessions take place on the ground and may include:
• Grooming horses
• Leading horses
• Feeding and caring for horses

• Behavioral Challenges
• Emotional Regulation
• Communication & Relationship Skills
Common Goals:

• Improving emotional regulation
