Eco Therapy

Healing through connection with nature.

What Is Eco Therapy?

Eco Therapy, also known as nature-based therapy, helps children connect with the natural world as a tool for emotional regulation, self-discovery, and healing.

Sessions take place outdoors and integrate mindfulness, movement, sensory exploration, and reflective practicesall guided by a licensed therapist.

Why It Works

Time in nature helps calm the nervous system and inspires personal growth.

  • Reduces anxiety and improves mood

  • Promotes sensory grounding

  • Encourages movement and curiosity

  • Builds confidence and self-worth

  • Supports holistic mental health

What to Expect

  • Outdoor mindfulness walks

  • Nature-based art and journaling

  • Grounding exercises and movement

  • Reflection and guided discussions

Sessions are weather-dependent and designed to meet children where they arephysically, emotionally, and developmentally.
