Who is eligible?

Adults with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI):
- Schizophrenia
- Schizoaffective Disorder
- Bipolar Disorder
- Major Depression
- Other serious mental health condition that causes significant impairment in daily functioning.

Does all insurance pay for the IHH program?

Unfortunately, Iowa Medicaid is the only insurance company that pays for this service.

How are services delivered?

Each client is matched with a specialist who coordinates services and support based on individual needs.
