Supports clients' legal and human rights, including referrals as needed.
Crisis Intervention
Every client has a personalized crisis plan with 24/7 support access.
Natural Support Systems
Helps connect clients to support groups and peer networks.
Mental Health Treatment
Assists participants in accessing outpatient and inpatient treatment services.
Housing Assistance
Helps clients find safe, affordable housing and complete housing applications.
