Play Therapy

A safe space where children express what words cannot.

What is Play Therapy?

Play therapy allows children to express emotions, process trauma, and resolve internal conflicts using toys, creative materials, and imaginative play. It gives children a voice when they may not yet have the words to explain what they feel.

Ideal for ages: 3-12 years; Common concerns: Anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, trauma, grief, family disruptions
